Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing technology company, for a full-time, fully remote Technical Support Representative. This is a great entry point into the tech industry, with hands-on training, clear paths to advance into senior support, escalation engineering, or customer success roles, and a team that values curiosity and helpfulness.

You will work with customers by chat, email, and phone to diagnose issues, walk them through fixes, and document what you learn. People who thrive here are patient, enjoy figuring out how things work, and feel satisfied when a frustrated customer leaves happy.
