    Description

    $35-$60 hourly rate. Rates are negotiable and subject to change.

    The Role
    This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

    As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:

    • Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy (Telespeech), building the same rapport and momentum as an in-person therapist would
    • Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
    • Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
    • Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
    • Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress

    Requirements

    • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. A valid professional license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board. And a valid certificate from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA CCC-SLP)
    • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
    • Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context
    • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
    • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
