Description
- Lead the execution of a 300-unit wood-frame, garden-style multifamily development in East Falmouth, MA.
- Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and risk management.
- Collaborate with field operations, design teams, ownership groups, and executive leadership to ensure project success.
- Drive project performance, quality control, safety initiatives, and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve issues that could impact cost or schedule.
- Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in delivering projects within a growing regional portfolio.
Profile
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale wood-frame multifamily construction projects.
- Strong understanding of multifamily development, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be located within the Greater Boston area.
- Willingness to travel to the project site periodically, including weekly visits during project startup.
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $160,000 - $200,000
- Guaranteed 20% Bonus (Paid Quarterly)
