Description

Kforce has a client in need of a Remote Senior Manager NetSuite Financial Systems. Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize the organization's ERP and financial systems environment, including platform strategy, governance, and enhancements
  • Manage system administration, configuration, customization, and ongoing performance improvements
  • Develop workflows, scripts, automation, and technical solutions to support finance and business operations
  • Troubleshoot complex system, integration, data, and compliance issues
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams to ensure systems align with operational needs
  • Design and maintain integrations between financial platforms and other enterprise applications
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and onboarding initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes, reduce manual effort, and strengthen financial controls
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across connected systems
  • Establish system governance, technical documentation, controls, and compliance standards
  • Support platform scalability, process standardization, and financial transformation initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members as the financial systems function grows

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting ERP, financial systems, or related enterprise technology environments
  • Hands-on experience with ERP administration, configuration, customization, and optimization
  • Experience developing scripts, workflows, integrations, and system automation
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, APIs, programming or scripting languages, and integration technologies
  • Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or integration projects
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes, including general ledger, financial reporting, consolidations, and controls
  • Experience integrating financial systems with third-party and internal business applications
  • Knowledge of financial systems architecture, data governance, security, and compliance practices
  • Experience supporting complex organizations with multiple business units or operating entities
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and data validation skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving business and technical stakeholders
  • Previous team leadership or people management experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
