    Description

    VETS Inc. is seeking experienced professionals to support a U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Disability Evaluation System (DES) support opportunity.

    The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for DES data analytics, reporting, data-quality monitoring, statistical analysis, and development of data frameworks supporting program performance and decision-making.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of systems and/or business analytics experience
    • 5+ years supervising or overseeing personnel
    • 3+ years identifying data frameworks necessary to execute analytical requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
    • Relevant data analytics certification required, such as Google Data Analytics Professional, Microsoft, Tableau, AWS, or CAP
    • Experience with data analysis, reporting, data quality, and statistical analysis

    Preferred:

    • Experience integrating system-level data requirements and architectures into DoD-compliant enterprise architectures
