Description

Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client for an entry-level Remote Scheduling Coordinator to join their growing operations team. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented self-starter to build a career in coordination and administrative support while working with a supportive, fast-paced team.

Day to day, you will juggle calendars, confirm appointments, and keep multiple moving pieces on track, all while communicating clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and vendors. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and services for clients and staff
  • Maintain and update scheduling calendars across multiple platforms
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to confirm and adjust appointments
  • Monitor scheduling systems for conflicts and resolve them proactively
  • Send appointment reminders and follow up on confirmations
  • Answer incoming calls and emails related to scheduling requests
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Escalate scheduling issues or conflicts to the appropriate team member

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Prior scheduling, administrative, or customer service experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
