We're seeking organized, dependable individuals to help manage schedules, client communication, and time-sensitive details in a remote environment.
As a Remote Scheduling Assistant, you'll help coordinate appointments, confirmations, updates, and other important planning information while making sure clients stay informed throughout the process. You may also assist with reservation-related details and light coordination involving accommodations, activities, transportation, or scheduled services when applicable.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys keeping plans organized, communicating clearly, and making sure nothing important gets overlooked.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
