The Summers Agency is a growing team of 10 professionals seeking motivated individuals for a flexible, remote sales career in the insurance industry. This is a commission-based opportunity to help families protect their financial future while building a business of your own. No prior sales or insurance experience is required, as training, mentorship, and the systems needed to succeed are provided.

What You'll Do

• Speak with prospective clients who have already requested insurance information; no cold calling is involved.
• Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate life and health coverage options.
• Conduct phone and video appointments from your home workspace.
• Guide applicants through the application process and follow up to help ensure policies are placed.
• Maintain accurate client records throughout the process.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable mindset.
• A dependable, professional, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Comfort working remotely, with a reliable computer, stable internet access, and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
• U.S. residency and the ability to obtain the required insurance license in your state of residence.
• Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license if not already licensed; training and guidance are provided.
