What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients who have requested information and guidance

• Present simple solutions that help protect families

• Build relationships with clients and guide them through the process

• Track personal sales and team performance goals

• Help mentor and develop newer team members as you grow

• Participate in team training and leadership development

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, self-driven individuals

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule

• Sales, leadership, or customer service experience is helpful but not required

• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (we help with the process)
