Remote Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
• Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Track personal and team performance against sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge.
• Mentor, coach, and support newer team members, helping to grow the team as you advance into greater leadership responsibility.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
• Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a life and health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for client calls.
