Description
We are seeking a Retail Media Ads Specialist to join our growing agency team. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer with strong retail media expertise and hands-on experience managing campaigns across major advertising platforms.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads and DSP), Walmart Connect , Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Criteo
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to achieve client KPIs
- Analyze campaign data and deliver insights that drive ongoing improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader retail and brand objectives
- Stay current on platform updates, retail media trends, and best practices
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in retail marketing and managing ads
- Proven experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong proficiency in Amazon marketing including Amazon Ads and Amazon DSP
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, and Walmart Connect
- Experience with Pacvue is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
