We do not ask you to chase down cold lists or make unwanted calls. Instead, you will be the direct point of contact for warm, incoming leads and application inquiries, guiding them through a clear screening process from start to finish.

What We Offer

• Earn between $1,000 and $2,000 every week as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Work from your home office in or near Jackson, TN with complete schedule flexibility within our operating hours.
• Receive step-by-step training on our CRM and phone-based screening techniques—no prior industry experience required.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct phone-based screenings with warm candidates to assess their qualifications and interest.
• Log every interaction, update candidate statuses, and manage follow-ups strictly through our CRM system.
• Guide approved candidates through a remote onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is collected correctly.
• Maintain a steady flow of communication with your assigned leads, turning initial interest into successful hires.

What You Need to Get Started

• A reliable computer, a smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• To operate as a corporate entity (an LLC with an EIN). If you do not currently have one, we will walk you through the filing process during training—no added stress.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a comfortable phone manner.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized without direct supervision.
