We are American Trucking Solutions, and we are searching for an individual based in the Detroit area who wants to work from home while connecting with professionals across the country. This is a desk-based, phone-oriented role supporting our corporate office functions. You will not be driving or managing equipment; your work is strictly about talent matching and candidate communication.

What You Will Do

• Conduct structured phone interviews with applicants who have already expressed interest or applied directly to our open positions. No cold calling or telemarketing is involved.
• Track each candidate's progress through our internal CRM system, updating notes and statuses after every conversation.
• Shepherd qualified individuals through a remote onboarding sequence, ensuring they submit necessary documentation and complete digital orientation steps.

Compensation & Structure

This is a 1099 contractor position. Your weekly earnings will range from $1,000 to $2,000 based on the volume of successful placements you complete. All pay is disbursed weekly.

What You Need

• A personal computer (laptop or desktop), a smartphone for secondary verification, and a high-speed internet connection.
• You must be able to operate as a formal business entity. This means having an LLC with an Employer Identification Number (EIN). If you do not currently have one, we provide step-by-step guidance on how to file it during your initial training period.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods and using web-based software for data entry.
