JOB DESCRIPTION


Oversee operations service delivery on small to medium sized accounts to ensure that products, offerings, and services are delivered in accordance with agreed upon business solution goals and objectives. The Advisor Delivery Specialist for the Californica Population Health Management Solution will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions from implementation activities to operations activities.


Your role in our mission

Lead delivery assurance and operational readiness activities for the PHM program, ensuring a seamless transition of new and enhanced capabilities from Product and Delivery teams into Operations.
Partner across Product, Delivery, Quality Assurance, technical, and Operations teams to establish readiness criteria, identify gaps and risks, and drive activities required for successful operational handoff.
Coordinate and oversee hypercare readiness and execution, ensuring processes, documentation, knowledge transfer, monitoring, reporting, escalation paths, and support procedures are established and effective.
Provides delivery assurance and operational readiness oversight, ensuring solutions are operationally ready, supportable, and aligned with established quality expectations.
Track and communicate delivery and operational readiness status, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions to program leadership and key stakeholders.
Facilitate the formal transition to steady-state Operations at the conclusion of hypercare, ensuring monitoring, reporting, service oversight, and outstanding action items have clear ownership and are successfully transferred to the Operations Lead.
Works with the project's Quality team to Identify and lead service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Oversees and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
Escalates issue resolution as needed to ensure client and leadership satisfaction.

 

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Nine or more years of support services, project, or program experience
Experience working with the technology industry
Experience working with company products and operating systems
