We are seeking a dynamic
IT Project Manager to champion critical tech delivery projects across multi-disciplinary teams for a top national healthcare provider. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business vision, steering complex infrastructure upgrades from kickoff to completion while ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:- Leading medium-to-large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives across hybrid, classic, and iterative project frameworks.
- Steering cross-functional technical teams and external partners to maintain alignment on project scope, schedules, and financial allocations.
- Proactively identifying risks, mitigating operational bottlenecks, and providing clear status updates to executive stakeholders.
- Developing comprehensive project documentation and guiding distributed talent across geographic regions to ensure successful delivery.
Here’s what our ideal candidate has:- Proven track record with 3+ years of hands-on technical project management experience.
- Experience managing technical projects within the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with modern enterprise PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) tools alongside standard scheduling and collaboration software (Microsoft Suite/Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional communication and executive reporting skills.
