Responsibilities include supporting active litigation by reviewing, approving, and managing the flow of legal documents and case activity across a high‑volume portfolio. This role requires strong legal judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining strict compliance with firm, client, and court requirements.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively and appropriately with team members and firm managementReview and either sign/file or reject legal pleadings, papers, motions, defaults, garnishments, discovery, etc. in furtherance of active litigation filesReview litigation case files, dockets, and pleadings to determine appropriate actionUtilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventoryWork efficiently and meet or exceed production expectationsComply with all client and firm standard operating proceduresEvaluate case merits, assess risk exposure, and provide strategic legal recommendationsMaintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court proceduresPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsAdmission to practice law in the state of ArizonaMultiple state bar licenses and/or willingness to obtain additional bar licenses as requested by the firm - UT, CO, NM, potentially WA, OR, ID, AK.Strong organizational and time‑management skillsProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated self‑starterEagerness to learnAbility to manage and prioritize a large caseloadBe able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writingBe able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent deviceBe able to complete a minimum of a 40‑hour flexible workweek scheduleBe able to read and comprehend position‑specific documents and correspondencePreferred QualificationsMinimum of one year of litigation/trial experienceWorking knowledge of civil procedureDebt collection experiencePrior experience in a high‑volume environmentRemote Work RequirementsMust have a private location within their home free from third parties and household membersMust have stable internet service with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps or any broadband cable access that allows company‑issued equipment to connect and operate without disruptionAbility to maintain confidentiality and data security standardsAvailability during business hoursComply with the Firm's Remote Working PolicyPhysical QualificationsBe able to lift five pounds or greaterBe able to sit 90% of the workday at timesBe able to bend at the waist and be mobile when neededBe able to concentrate and use critical thinkingThis is a full‑time, full‑benefit position.
