Remote Phone Sales Closer – Warm Leads + Bonuses

Townsley Portraits is a small, family-run portrait studio in Las Vegas (under 20 employees) looking for experienced phone sales closers. This is not a call center--you'll work closely with a tight-knit team, converting warm, high-intent leads into booked portrait sessions and collecting deposits.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of phone sales experience with quotas

• Confident with objection handling and creating urgency ethically

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads generated from Facebook and Instagram
• Book qualified clients into our studio collecting a deposit
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
• Track activity and results in our CRM
