We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide essential support in handling personal injury cases, conducting legal research, and assisting in preparing legal documents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and managing personal injury cases
• Conduct legal research and provide case analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties
• Organize and maintain case files and documents

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a paralegal with a focus on personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
