Job Details

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including wrongful death and mass tort claims.
• Develop case strategies through legal research, precedent analysis, and evaluation of case facts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication and guidance throughout the legal process.
• Respond to client questions regarding case progress, negotiations, and legal procedures.
• Prepare, review, and interpret legal documents and related case materials.
• Oversee case progress and coordinate team efforts to achieve timely, efficient resolutions.
• Advise clients on their legal options and next steps from intake through settlement or transition to litigation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and undergraduate degree.
• Active Arizona State Bar license in good standing, with eligibility to practice in additional states considered an advantage.
• Prior experience in personal injury law required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and a client-centered mindset.
• Resourceful, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
