Looking for a remote customer service and administrative role with opportunities for growth? Join Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS), a member of the Confluent Health family, and help patients navigate their care experience from their very first interaction with our organization.

 

As a Remote Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll combine customer service, scheduling, administrative support, and call center responsibilities to help patients get connected with the care they need. You’ll answer questions, solve problems, coordinate appointments, and work closely with our clinic teams to create a positive patient experience.

 

Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required! We encourage candidates with backgrounds in customer service, call centers, scheduling, reception, hospitality, administrative support, or other service-focused roles to apply.

 

*After completing paid onsite training in Live Oak, TX, you'll transition to working remotely while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative team. ***(Remote Candidates must be local to San Antonio, TX- Live Oak area)***

  • Pay Rate: ~$17-$18/ HR
  • Flexible 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday-Thursday:/ Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

    • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions.
    • Schedule new patient appointments for assigned physical therapy clinics.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for every patient.
    • Listen to patient needs, identify solutions, and resolve questions or concerns in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure patients are scheduled appropriately.
    • Accurately enter and update patient information in computer systems.
    • Document calls and patient interactions accurately.
    • Request and upload required documentation into electronic medical record systems.
    • Follow established scheduling procedures and quality standards.Meet individual and team performance goals and participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.

About:

Remote Work

This is a remote position with work-from-home opportunities after completion of in person training.

Training will be provided to help you learn our systems, processes, scheduling procedures, and healthcare workflows. Once training requirements are successfully completed, you will transition to the remote work arrangement according to department guidelines.
