?? Position Overview

As a Remote Patient Access and Benefits Specialist, you will verify insurance coverage, investigate benefits, and assist patients by ensuring accurate eligibility and reimbursement information is obtained from insurance carriers.

?? Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shift assigned between:
  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST
• Must be flexible to work any assigned shift within operating hours

?? Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Conduct eligibility and benefit investigations
• Communicate with commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and specialty insurance plans
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers
• Document account activity accurately within company systems
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
• Meet quality, productivity, and accuracy goals

? Required Qualifications

Equipment pickup in Irving, TX is required.

• Minimum 1 year of recent Insurance Verification and Benefits Eligibility experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience verifying coverage directly with insurance carriers
• Knowledge of:
  • Insurance Verification
  • Benefits Investigations
  • HIPAA Regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Dedicated home workspace free from distractions
• Reliable high-speed internet with hardwired connection
  • Hotspots are not permitted
