The CNA Program Director position is part-time and remote, approximately 5 hours per week (20–25 hours per month) at $50 per hour once the cohort begins in October.
Program Director Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of the CNA program and instructor
- Monitor student progress and attendance
- Review student and instructor documentation
- Ensure training and performance records are complete
- Maintain compliance with Texas HHSC/NATCEP requirements
- Complete and sign required Program Director documentation
- Assist with TULIP/HHSC reporting as needed
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas RN or LVN license, with atleast one year of experience providing long-term care services in a nursing facility, non-negotiable experience required by the Department of Health and Human Services.
- Training or experience in adult education or supervising nurse aides
