    About the Role

    The Treatment Coordinator is a key patient-facing position responsible for guiding patients through their consultation, clearly explaining treatment recommendations, and confidently presenting financial options.

    This is a fully remote position.  It requires strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and comfort discussing payment options.

    • Present financial options and insurance information professionally

    • Support patients in making informed decisions

    • Maintain organized scheduling and smooth patient flow

    • Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff

    • Uphold a clean, professional, patient-centered environment
