    Description

    Do you enjoy managing schedules, organizing information, and making sure nothing gets overlooked?

    We're looking for motivated, detail-focused individuals to provide administrative and coordination support for clients. You'll help manage important information, organize confirmations, track planning details, and maintain professional communication throughout the process.

    This fully remote role is well suited for someone who works carefully, manages responsibilities independently, and enjoys creating order behind the scenes.

    Industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Organize client travel details, schedules, and planning information
    • Maintain accurate itineraries, confirmations, and records
    • Communicate with clients regarding updates and next steps
    • Track deadlines, outstanding items, and important dates
    • Use digital tools to keep information current and organized
    • Help ensure each stage of the planning process stays on schedule
    • Provide consistent administrative support from initial planning through completion

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational skills
    • Clear written and verbal communication
    • High attention to accuracy and detail
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
    • Comfortable using email, apps, digital documents, and online systems
    • Self-directed and dependable in a remote work setting
    • Willingness to learn new processes and tools

    Experience in administration, scheduling, operations, customer support, hospitality, or coordination is helpful, but not required.
