Telehealth Mental Health Therapist

About the RoleWe are seeking Licensed Therapists to provide remote counseling services to adults in Minnesota. This full-time role offers the chance to build strong therapeutic relationships while working in a flexible, supportive environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $100,000 – $110,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions through telehealth platforms
• Design and manage individualized treatment goals
• Track client progress and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate virtually with colleagues for client support
• Document all sessions accurately and on time

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and technology skills
