Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Luxury Travel Advisor to design and deliver exceptional, tailor-made travel experiences for clients. In this role, you will curate high-end itineraries, manage end-to-end travel planning, and provide excellent service to ensure seamless and memorable journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design customized luxury travel itineraries including accommodations, transportation, dining, and exclusive experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and tour operators
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and travel goals
- Manage all aspects of travel planning from initial consultation through post-trip follow-up
- Stay current on luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
- Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service at all times
- Maintain accurate client profiles and booking records using internal systems
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
