REMOTE Live Agent

Our client, a customer-focused financial services organization, is seeking a REMOTE Live Agent to join their team. As a REMOTE Live Agent, you will be part of the customer support function, supporting State Farm campaign inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle high call volume with professionalism, and a comfort level with basic home-office technology that supports efficient customer interactions.

Job Title: REMOTE Live Agent

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Pay Range: $21.00hr

Shift: Full Time 9AM EST to 8PM EST (8-hour shifts)

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and written communication.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to financial accounts and services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Follow legal and compliance guidelines during customer interactions.
• Support team efforts to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

What's Needed?

• Ability to handle high call volume and maintain focus during back-to-back calls (campaign receives over 25,000 calls per day).
• Comfort navigating a basic laptop and home setup; be able to troubleshoot common issues such as restarting the laptop and understanding routine updates.
• Ability to use a keyboard effectively and work with required connectivity (including using a dedicated docking station to accommodate USB slots, when needed).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Professional, compliant communication skills when supporting customers through phone and written channels.
