Remote Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a talented Remote Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and handle a variety of complex litigation cases.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to litigation cases
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Delaware
• Proven experience in litigation, including trials and hearings
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
