What You'll Do
- Generate and contact prospective clients through phone outreach and follow-up.
- Conduct sales consultations by phone or Zoom.
- Assess household needs and existing coverage before recommending insurance solutions.
- Explain coverage options, costs, policy limitations, and underwriting requirements.
- Guide clients through accurate applications and follow cases through carrier underwriting.
- Manage appointments, client records, and follow-up independently.
Qualifications
- Active life insurance license required for applicable sales activities.
- Insurance sales experience and familiarity with carrier underwriting preferred.
- Strong phone, video, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and follow through consistently.
