Job Title: Licensed Surveyor
Job Description
The Licensed Surveyor leads, coordinates, and delivers land surveying projects from initiation through completion, overseeing both field and office survey teams. This role ensures accurate data collection, efficient data processing, and high-quality survey deliverables that meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and internal expectations. The Licensed Surveyor manages project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while providing technical expertise in boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

Work Environment
This position operates in a fully remote work environment (quarterly travel to Fort Lauderdale), providing flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with field and office teams. The role includes in-person onboarding and quarterly office visits of approximately one week per quarter, with accommodations provided. You will work with advanced surveying equipment and technologies, including GPS, robotic instruments, total stations, Topcon and Trimble systems, and AutoCAD. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
