We offer a large, established book of business, agency-provided leads, and NEW technology designed to help our producers SELL MORE and EARN MORE!
This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates MUST have an active resident P&C license, at least 2 years of P&C sales experience, previous captive agency experience, and reside in IN, KY, or OH.

Responsibilities
Quote and sell auto, home, and other P&C insurance products
Follow up with agency-provided leads and generate new business
Cross-sell within our established book of business
Manage your pipeline, outbound calls, and daily sales activities
Consistently meet or exceed sales production goals
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
Must reside in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio
Valid and active Property & Casualty insurance license
Minimum 2 years of verifiable P&C insurance SALES experience
Previous captive agency experience REQUIRED (Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, etc.)
Proven sales production and ability to meet or exceed goals
Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and closing sales
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently from home
