Responsibilities

Consult with existing and prospective clients to assess their protection needs and offer personalized insurance solutions.

Manage incoming service inquiries with care, ensuring every client feels heard and supported.

Review existing policy portfolios to ensure clients are adequately covered against life's uncertainties.

Process policy updates, document client interactions, and maintain accurate records within our agency management system.

Educate policyholders on the value of their coverage choices, turning technical insurance jargon into meaningful peace of mind.

Build and maintain lasting connections with our clients through consistent, high-quality service interactions.

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an insurance agency setting.

Proficiency in Allstate systems or comparable agency management software.

Strong comfort level with remote office technologies and digital documentation.

Natural ability to articulate complex policy details in clear, simple terms.

Demonstrated history of managing client renewals and proactively identifying coverage gaps.
