Candidates will receive a base salary ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, with the potential to earn an additional $1,500 to $3,500 per month in commission.

Responsibilities

  • Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
  • Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Cold Calling... Reaching out to connect with leads, working to close the sale
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
  • Prospects for new business are generated from cold calling, referrals, networking, online promotions, social media, and other lead sources.
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines License Required
  • Preferred candidate will have previous insurance and sales experience
  • Candidate will have a proven track record and 1+ year(s) sales experience
  • Preferred candidate will reside in the Pacific Time Zone
  • Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
  • Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment while having a positive attitude.
  • Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
