    The Opportunity

As Learning Program Manager, International Programs, you'll design and manage the training programs that prepare our Experts in the UK, Canada, and Australia, and keep them in step with our US programs. When the US training changes, you'll decide what each international program needs, design the solution, and work with our Instructional Designers to bring it to life.

This role blends learning design and program management. You'll use your instructional design skills to shape learning journeys that build real job skills, and your organizational skills to keep many updates moving across three regions. It's a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with a team spread across time zones. If you've designed and managed training, onboarding, or enablement programs and have experience with accounting or bookkeeping software, we'd love to hear from you.

    What You'll Do

    Keeping Programs Aligned Across Markets

    • Keep an eye on changes to US training and assess how they affect the UK, Canadian, and Australian programs.

    • Compare US and international programs to identify content that needs to be updated, adapted for the local market, added, or removed.

    • Tell the difference between product changes that apply everywhere and local differences (e.g., tax, payroll, compliance, and terminology) so each program stays accurate for its learners.

    • Keep a clear, current view of where each international program stands compared with the US version.

    Designing Learning Programs

    • Conduct needs analyses to define clear, measurable, performance-based learning outcomes tied to job success.

    • Design learning journeys, curricula, and course outlines for international learners, including onboarding, product, and process training.

    • Apply instructional design methods (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to build engaging, accessible learning with meaningful practice and scenarios.

    • Design assessments and knowledge checks that confirm learners are ready for the job.

    Working with Instructional Designers

    • Turn identified gaps into clear, prioritized update requests for the Instructional Design team.

    • Give designers the context, source materials, and expectations they need to make changes efficiently.

    • Review updated content for accuracy and consistency before it goes live.

    Program Management

    • Manage updates from start to finish: intake, prioritization, scheduling, tracking, review, and launch.

    • Juggle timelines and workloads across multiple updates at once using project trackers and checklists.

    • Build and improve repeatable processes for keeping international programs in sync with the US.

    • Spot bottlenecks early and suggest practical fixes.

    Stakeholder Communication

    • Serve as the main point of contact between US and international learning teams.

    • Work Eastern Time hours to collaborate in real time with overseas teammates.

    • Share progress, risks, and milestones clearly with leadership and partner teams, and raise issues early.

    Measuring Results & Improving

    • Track program metrics such as content accuracy, learner engagement, completion, and effectiveness across regions.

    • Gather and act on feedback from learners and stakeholders in each market.

    • Keep program documentation, course materials, and change records up to date in the LMS and related systems.

    Qualifications

    Must-Have

    • Experience managing learning or training programs end to end (e.g., Learning Program Manager, Training Manager, L&D Program Manager, Enablement Manager, or similar).

    • Strong instructional design skills: needs analysis, learning objectives, curriculum and course design, and applying adult learning principles.

    • Hands-on experience with accounting or bookkeeping software, whether as a user, trainer, support specialist, bookkeeper, or accountant.

    • Located on the US East Coast, or able to consistently work Eastern Time hours to align with our overseas team.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience managing programs or projects that involve several teams or departments.

    • Experience with training programs for more than one country or region, or adapting content for different audiences.

    • Familiarity with tax, bookkeeping, accounting, or payroll, especially differences between the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

    • Experience leading or partnering with Instructional Designers and eLearning developers.

    • Experience with training for customer support, service, or other customer-facing teams.

    • Experience with any LMS or learning platform (e.g., Degreed, Docebo, Credly, Cornerstone, Workday Learning), and authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline.

    • Comfortable with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and Agile or similar ways of working.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with remote, distributed teams.

    • Bachelor's degree required; a Master's in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or a related field is a plus.
