Responsibilities
Work with warm leads supplied by the company
Schedule virtual client meetings
Conduct customer-focused needs reviews
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage
Provide accurate and helpful answers to client questions
Recommend appropriate products and services based on client needs
Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships
Participate in training and performance coaching
