Remote Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a remote sales rep to join our agency as we expand our sales team. This is a high-volume, outbound role supported by a structured sales process and intentional coaching.

If you are motivated, driven, and aren't afraid of 100+ calls per day, we want to hear from you.

• This is a fully remote sales position.
• Our hours are 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
• No insurance experience necessary, but state licensing will be required.
• Base pay: $50,000 plus commission based on individual sales results.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

• Achieve sales goals through outbound calling and follow-up to agency-provided contacts.
• Follow our structured sales blueprint to guide every conversation.
• Maintain consistent daily activity (talk time, quotes, follow-up, and pipeline management).
• Participate in regular coaching and practice.

• A quiet, professional workspace.
• Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence.
• Comfortable with a metrics-driven workday.
• A Washington State insurance producer license (or a willingness to obtain one).
