We are seeking a dynamic sales rep to join our agency as we expand our team!
- This is a fully remote sales position.
- Your hours would be 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
- No insurance experience necessary, but state licensing will be required.
- Starting base salary: $50,000, with additional performance incentives.
This is a high-volume, outbound sales role supported by a structured process and intentional coaching.

Salary Range: $75000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through outbound calling.
- Pursue consistent follow-up to all agency-provided contacts.
- Follow our structured sales blueprint to guide every conversation.
- Maintain consistent daily activity (talk time, quotes, and pipeline management).
- Participate in regular coaching and practice.
Requirements- A quiet, professional workspace.
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Comfort with a metrics-driven workday.
- An understanding that this role has set hours based in the Pacific Time Zone.
- A Washington State insurance producer license (or a willingness to obtain one).
