What Will I Do as an Insurance Specialist?

Our Insurance Specialists go through a paid training program to obtain state licensing and become a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent!
Once licensed, you will represent one of the nation's top insurance providers by taking inbound calls from warm leads to close the deal on insurance sales. You will interact with customers to understand their needs and offer the best solutions for them. Using strong relationship-building you will provide an exceptional customer experience for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls and conduct a consultation to identify the prospective insured's needs. You will take control of the conversation and match products and solutions that will best meet those needs.
- Educate the customers on our insurance products and services while identifying opportunities to sell additional products.
- Read all disclosures verbatim and ensure all coverages and solutions are communicated effectively using the provided resources.
- Solve problems and formulate solutions for customers by researching, analyzing, and resolving inquiries regarding insurance and service-related issues.
- Engage in a conversation with people from all walks of life; every caller is unique, so providing and customizing assistance according to the policyholder's needs is a crucial part of the role.
