Remote Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Paul Little State Farm is hiring a full-time Remote Insurance Account Representative in Golden, CO to join a supportive, professional sales team. We invest in our team's success through training, ongoing development, and a work environment built around growth and collaboration. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. You can live anywhere in the U.S. as long as you keep Colorado (Mountain Time) business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Follow a structured sales process from first conversation through policy placement and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
  • Participate in product training and licensing coursework
  • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Qualifications

  • Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
  • Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told
  • Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is a must
  • Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered
  • Must be able to keep Colorado (Mountain Time) working hours
  • Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup
  • A positive teammate who takes coaching well

Pay range: $55,000-$90,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
