JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Candidate Care Coordinator (CCC) plays a critical role in delivering smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires and contingent workers and acts as a key point of contact from offer acceptance through Day One, supporting pre-boarding tasks, onboarding coordination, and new hire readiness. The CCC will also play a vital role in offboarding of all departing employees and contingent workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support new employees and contingent workers throughout the onboarding process
- Manage communications with pre-hires, contingent workers, hiring managers, and key stakeholders
- Schedule and facilitate onboarding preparation calls
- Order and track equipment delivery to ensure timely setup for Day One
- Track background check completion and onboarding tasks
- Send pre-boarding emails and Day One welcome messages with necessary resources
- Conduct identity verification calls and Day One tech readiness checks for new hires
- Assist in offboarding of employees and contingent workers, including equipment return requests, access deactivation, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with collaboration tools, and MS Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with global teams or in a remote setting is a plus
