Position SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for Medicare members, providers, and pharmacies by resolving prescription benefit issues, coordinating prior authorization requests, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Medicare members with rejected pharmacy claims and benefit-related inquiries
- Communicate with healthcare providers and pharmacies to facilitate prior authorization requests
- Conduct outbound member calls for medication adherence, refill reminders, and other outreach initiatives
- Research and resolve escalated member service issues accurately and professionally
- Document all member interactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards while working in a remote call center environment
QualificationsRequired:
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
- Previous healthcare call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications
Preferred:
- Managed Care or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Remote Work RequirementsTo ensure compliance with HIPAA and protect member privacy, employees must maintain a professional home office environment that supports confidential communication.
Requirements include:
- A dedicated, quiet workspace separate from common living areas
- Reliable high-speed internet service
- A headset suitable for professional phone communication
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and minimize distractions during scheduled work hours

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Schedule- Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (first three weeks; paid)
- Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation$14.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience
