Remote HCC Medicare Coder

Insight Global is seeking experienced HCC Risk Adjustment Medical Coders for a high-volume seasonal project supporting Medicare risk adjustment initiatives. This is a fully remote, 3-month contract opportunity, with the potential to continue through April based on project needs.

• Perform accurate HCC risk adjustment coding for Medicare populations
• Review medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10 codes in accordance with risk adjustment guidelines
• Identify and capture applicable HCC diagnoses from medical documentationMaintain established quality and accuracy standards
• Meet productivity expectations of approximately 2 charts per hour
• Complete coding assignments efficiently while maintaining coding accuracy and compliance
