Our agency is currently hiring Remote Outside Sales Representatives. This fully remote role offers the flexibility of a four-day workweek. We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about delivering a great experience to prospective clients exploring insurance options. In this role, you will review a prospects current coverage, explain how insurance works, and recommend solutions that fit their budget and their familys needs. Responsibilities
- Talk to leads over the phone.
- Develop insurance quotes using computer-based software.
- Complete multiple sales transactions in one day.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to improving every day.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly follow up.
- Establish relationships with prospects and follow up as needed.
- Work as a team to hold yourself and others accountable to their goals.
- Work each day to hone your craft as an Insurance Sales Representative.
Requirements
- Remote work experience is required.
- Must have a secure, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet, computer or laptop, and dual monitors.
- Insurance experience is required.
- Both P&C and L&H insurance licenses are required.
- Must be coachable and able to follow directions.
- Must have a positive attitude with a growth mindset.
- Must be able to talk on the phone, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be detail oriented.
- Must be able to handle multiple prospects over the course of a day.
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and ethical.
