In this remote role, you will assist clients with researching options, coordinating details, answering questions, and providing ongoing support. Projects may involve travel and vacation planning, entertainment and event experiences, reservations, hospitality services, and other client-focused needs.
Previous experience in travel is not required. Individuals with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, education, administrative support, sales, event planning, healthcare support, or other people-facing industries may be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist with reservations, scheduling, and coordinating client experiences
- Provide professional follow-up and ongoing customer support
- Maintain organized client information and communications
- Build knowledge of available services, destinations, vendors, and experiences
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships
