Point of contact for all Epicor Kinetic ERP issues
Epicor Kinetic systems analysis, administration, training, testing, troubleshooting, and support
Work with Epicor Kinetic screens/dashboards and quote to cash process
Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams for Epicor Kinetic troubleshooting and systems integration
Experience:
5+ years of experience with a focus on Epicor Kinetic ERP
Techno-functional experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP systems analysis, administration, training, testing, troubleshooting, and support
Knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse processes
