    Position Summary

    The Digital Content & Vendor Coordination Specialist will support the planning, development, management, and delivery of digital learning content and resources. This role involves serving as a central coordinator among internal teams and external vendors, ensuring the successful development and deployment of digital content.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage digital content for online learning environments.
    • Edit engaging multimedia content, collaborating with subject matter experts.
    • Design and develop self-paced learning modules using instructional design best practices.
    • Serve as the primary liaison among external vendors, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
    • Ensure all digital content meets Section 508 accessibility requirements.
    • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content development.
    • Experience managing projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning best practices.
    • Working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
    • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

    Preferences

    • Experience in K-12 education, higher education, government, or public sector environments.
    • Experience with learning management systems such as Canvas or Moodle.
    • Experience using authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Cloud.
    • Certification in accessibility, project management, or instructional design.
