Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client for an entry-level, fully remote Employee Support Specialist to join their growing People Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping HR processes running smoothly, all from a home office anywhere in the U.S.
Day to day, you will field questions from employees about pay, benefits, policies, and HR systems, and you will feel most at home if you are organized, empathetic, and comfortable juggling a steady stream of tickets, calls, and chats. Our client values clear communicators who can stay calm under pressure, follow processes carefully, and know when to escalate a tricky issue. No prior HR experience is required, just a genuine desire to support people and learn the ropes in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
