Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Deployment Manager in Tampa, FL. Overview: We are seeking a Remote Deployment Manager to support deployment operations, project execution, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing business priorities, monitoring deployment performance, managing project status reporting, and providing insight to leadership to ensure successful operational outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Deployment leadership roles commonly involve project coordination, status reporting, stakeholder communication, risk management, and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze strategic priorities and deployment objectives to support operational success
  • Monitor deployment activities and track project progress against milestones and deliverables
  • Manage client accounts and deployment-related workstreams
  • Develop status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Partner with deployment leaders to support strategy development and operational planning
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and leadership stakeholders
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with deployment procedures, governance standards, and operational protocols
  • Support leadership transitions, change initiatives, and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, deployment operations, client services, business operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, reporting, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in deployment, implementation, operations, or consulting environments
  • Experience with project management methodologies and reporting tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
