Remote Data Entry Specialist – Agriculture Operations

CHS Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to support its agriculture operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining business information related to agricultural products, grain transactions, customer orders, inventory, and supplier records.

This position helps ensure accurate records and smooth daily operations across the company's agricultural business.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update agricultural business data into company databases and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of grain transactions, product orders, and inventory information.
• Review documents and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Process customer, supplier, and shipment information.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and operational records.
• Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve missing or incorrect information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong typing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with agriculture or supply chain operations is a plus.
