Remote Data Entry

The Remote Data Entry position will be responsible for transferring data from one source to another through data entry equipment, word processing, or verbal recordings. The ability to accurately type and at a fast speed is highly desired.ResponsibilitiesEntering data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and filesMust possess excellent typing, writing and verbal communication skillsSummarizing data for standardized reportsTyping data directly and accuratelyVerifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentationOrganizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as neededRequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording dataPrior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related fieldSelf-directed and able to work without supervisionExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheetsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Benefits
